We offer the original user, the applicable factory warranty, against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase. If found to be defective (the determination is solely made by factory), factory will at its option, repair or replace the defective product. Warranties do not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. Authorization for return and / or repairs is required by contacting us. Please contact customer service for a written return authorization before sending anything back. No credits of any kind will be offered without such prior written authorization.
